When you invest in Ethos Car Care products, we understand the eagerness to start using them right away. We strive to ensure that our products reach you in the shortest possible time without compromising the product's safety. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Rates

  1. Standard Shipping: We offer competitive rates for standard shipping, ensuring that our products are accessible to everyone. Rates are determined based on the order's weight and delivery location.
  2. Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for FREE GROUND shipping within the contiguous United States. For Hawaii and Alaska, the free shipping threshold is set at orders over $200.

Timelines

  1. Order Processing: Orders placed on www.ethoscarcare.com are processed pending credit card approval. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST begin processing the same day, excluding holidays. Those placed after 4 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
  2. Delivery Time: The delivery timeline varies based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the package's journey to your doorstep.
  3. Weekend Deliveries: Orders shipped via USPS or FedEx Home Delivery might arrive on Saturdays, subject to the post office's discretion. However, other shipment methods do not offer delivery on weekends.

Areas Covered

  1. Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. However, note that shipping rates and delivery timelines might vary for non-contiguous states.
  2. International Shipping: Ethos Car Care caters to a global audience. International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Keep in mind that your order may incur import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches its destination country, which is not covered by us and would be the customer's responsibility.

Special Notes

  1. Mystery Boxes & Sale Items: All Mystery Boxes, sale, and discount items follow a first-in, first-out shipping policy and might not follow the same-day shipping policy.
  2. Holidays & Non-Working Days: We currently do not process orders over weekends or on holidays.
