Below, we've outlined our shipping and return policies for your convenience.

Same-Day Shipping Policy:

• We accept orders 24/7 on our website, www.ethoscarcare.com.
• Orders made Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will start processing the same day, excluding holidays.
• Orders after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Those made after 4 PM EST on Friday will process the following Monday.
• For any issues with your order, such as merchandise availability or credit verification, our Customer Service team will reach out to you.
• Please note: All Mystery Boxes, sale, and discounted items follow a first-in, first-out shipping approach.
• We don’t process orders on weekends and holidays. While orders shipped via USPS or FedEx Home Delivery might arrive on Saturdays, we don't guarantee weekend deliveries for other shipment methods.

Free Shipping Policy:

• Enjoy FREE GROUND shipping for orders over $75.
• We decide the carrier for free shipping.
• Unfortunately, free shipping excludes Hawaii and Alaska. For these locations, free shipping is applicable for orders over $200.
• Please be informed that our free shipping applies to ground shipments and excludes air and priority mail shipments, international shipments, and those outside the contiguous U.S. This offer might not be combined with other promotions or discount accounts.

International Shipping:

• Charges for international shipping will be displayed at checkout.
• Be aware that your order might incur import duties, taxes (including VAT), which are levied once your shipment reaches its destination country. We do not cover these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability:

• For defective Ethos products, we offer product replacement or a refund.
• Ethos Car Care provides no other warranties, including any relating to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
