Ethos Car Care Return Policy

At Ethos Car Care, we're dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that occasionally, products might not meet expectations, and we've designed our return policy to be fair, easy to understand, and beneficial for both our customers and our business.

1. Return Period

  • Customers can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. We believe this provides ample time for our customers to assess the product and decide if it's right for them.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send back the product. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damages during transit.
  • Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, if your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchange

  • If you'd prefer to exchange a product for another variant or a different item altogether, reach out to our team, and we'll assist you with the process.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or refund your purchase, depending on your preference.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, promotional products, and Mystery Boxes are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or with signs of use may be denied a return.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), Ethos Car Care will cover return shipping fees.
